New Features
Zoho Books Integration
- Integrated with Zoho Books to synchronize invoices and payments.
Attachments in Invoices and Payment Schedules
- Provided the admins a comprehensive space for additional details related to an invoice or a payment schedule within the Admin Portal. Admins can now attach files directly to invoices and schedules, as well as add comments.
- Customers also have the ability to attach files directly to the invoices and schedules through the Customer Portal.
Custom Fields in Payment Schedules
- Admins now have the option to add custom fields to payment schedules in the Admin Portal.
- Specifying custom fields in payment schedules can also be done through APIs.
Scheduled Payment Checkout
- Admins now have the ability to send a payment link to customers for specific scheduled payments directly from the payment schedule.
- Sending a scheduled payment link can also be done through the APIs
- Customers can utilize the new checkout experience designed specifically for processing these scheduled payments.
Balance Calculation and Display
- Admins now can view customer balances in the Customer Profile Summary on the Admin Portal, and customers can see their balances on the Summary page of the Customer Portal.
Request New Payment Method
- Added a new feature enabling admins to request customers to add a new payment method while creating a payment schedule.
- Requesting a new payment method from customers can also be done through APIs.

Customer Profiles UI/UX Revamp
Payment Schedules
- Unveiled comprehensive redesign and interface upgrade for the Payment Schedules tab in Customer Profiles within the Admin Portal.
- Added a new "Create Schedule" button to the Payment Schedules tab in Customer Profiles, enabling admins to create new payment schedules directly from the profile interface.
Customer Portal Updates
Payment Schedules
- Enhanced the Payment Schedules cards by providing additional details related to each schedule.
Subscriptions
- Customers can now change a plan's subscription directly from the Subscriptions page using the "Change Plan" button, eliminating the need to open the plan.
Event Notifications โ New Events and Placeholders
- Added new Events and Placeholders in the Event Notifications.
Cancel "Future Start" Plan Subscriptions
- Admins can now cancel plan subscriptions with a "Future Start" status. Customers can do the same from the Customer Portal.
Multi-Factor Authentication for Customer Portal
- Admins now have the option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for all customer logins in the Customer Portal. When enabled, the customers will be required to enter an OTP (One-Time Password) during the login process, adding an extra layer of security to their accounts.
Allow Geolocation in Embedded Checkout
- Included support for accessing user geolocation by adding the
allow="geolocation"
attribute to iframe elements in Embedded Checkout.
Bug Fixes
- Invoice Loading Issue: Resolved null value issues in Address and BillingInfo, ensuring invoices load correctly.
- Draft Invoice Billing Info Update: Fixed Admin Portal issue with updating billing info for draft invoices.
- General Bug Fixes: Addressed few bugs to enhance overall system performance and stability.
